Thank you so much for being so open and honest.I have read many books on meditation but never really understand that I don’t have to be perfect. I am sure others have said that but I didn’t hear it. The way you show that it is o.k. to have times when your mind needs more love and light.
I am reading ‘how not to be afriad of your own life’. I have lived this way all my life and I am 52yrs young . Thank you agian for being a light in the darkness.
Blessing to you,
Vicky Lynn
Vicky, thank you so much for these words. It sounds like my book was helpful in that it reminded you of what you already know. This is the best and hearing from you really inspires me to write more. I thank you! With much warmth, Susan

Important points in the article, but why is each example of a male’s behavior?

Just seemed easier to assume a woman was reading the article and that she was in a relationship with a man. That’s the only reason.
