		<description>Here I am shouting encouragement and waving flags of celebration for you!!  I applaud your effort.  As usual, it turns the mirror back to me and how scattershot my days can often be .  But fercryinoutloud!  You just finished a book!!!!  That definitely deserves cupcakes and naps at least, if not champagne!  I bet the Dalai Lama has cupcakes and naps when he finishes a book.</description>

		<description>Cleaning always makes me feel more productive too!

It seems like the intention is at least present everyday even if the full plan isn&#039;t carried out. I have come to realize that it is unrealistic to expect every day to go as planned but if I at least make decisions with my intentions in mind I get more done than the days when I just wing it. Seems to me like you are doing a great job on this experiment.  I am getting some good ideas for when I start mine after June 17.</description>
