I just wanted to say what a treat it was to spend the weekend at Karme Choling with you. I went with a strong desire to begin to forgive myself, knowing that I would always struggle with loving kindness for all if I couldn’t love myself. I think with your help I am achieving that, I am so very glad I went.
Thank you for all your wisdom and honesty, it helped me get in touch with my own.
