Hello Susan: I listened to your book a few months back. had not had a chance to do the medication program, but plan to over the summer. thank you for writing the book. it has inspired me to get out of my comfort zone.

Hello Susan,
I just completed your book and loved it. I’m preparing to go to one of the retreat sites listed in the back, Omega in New York. I too, began practicing meditation about a year and a half ago in Long Island. It has changed my life. I don’t think I could’ve gotten through the last year without incorporating yoga/meditation in my daily life. Thank you for inspiring me to reach outside of my comfort zone, I will write to let you know how the retreat goes.
